  1. Read your extended car warranty to ensure you are covered

  2. Contact via:

  3. Quote your policy number, registration number and current odometer reading

  4. Explain the nature of your problem, remembering to fully disclose any relevant information to assist us in considering your claim

  5. Upon receipt of the above information, we will process and consider your claim
